The October monthly meeting will be held this Saturday, October 25th at 8:00 a.m. at the Clubhouse on Wing Road. After the meeting, we would like to get some trail work done. The more hands, the easier for everyone. Please come ready for trails after these 3 days of rain and wind. Just a few hours of everyone’s time will make a big dent in getting the trails ready for winter!
We have a few more NHSA Raffle tickets left for sale. A ticket costs $20, there are only 1000 tickets sold and the grand prize is a snowmobile, with 3 other “runner-up” cash prizes. I will have tickets at the meeting. As long as the Club sells at least 25 tickets, we will get some of the proceeds. We also have some leftover Tshirts, maps, a couple of sweatshirts and hats, and some stickers that didn’t get sold at the Fair, if anyone is wanting to buy something. I’ve had a few people contact me about sweatshirts, but we would like to get a final order together, so please email me back if you would like to order one (or more).
Hope to everyone Saturday! Julie Dolan, Secretary

The Sandwich Sidehillers will have a set up at the Sandwich Fair this weekend. Pete Keenan will be manning a small tent/table to sell T-shirts, maps, stickers, NHSA Raffle tickets and (hopefully) memberships. If anyone is available for some time on Saturday or Sunday to give him a hand, or relieve him for a bit, I’m sure he would appreciate it. The set-up will include the big groomer and drag and will be located up by the Tractor Pull entrance.
Reminder: The Annual Meeting and “Kick Off the Season” CookOut will be held tomorrow, Saturday, September 27th at 5:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse on Wing Road in North Sandwich. Please plan to join us! There are some problems with the Tucker groomer that require a quorum of voters to authorize funding for repairs. There will be a special meeting of the Sidehillers this Saturday, March 1st at 9:00 a.m. at RN Peaslee’s shop on Whiteface Road in North Sandwich where the Tucker is now located. Please join us so we can get these repairs funded and done so grooming trails can resume! If you have any questions, please email me at [email protected] or call Adam at 651-8091.
Thanks, Julie Dolan
